Access for the disabled

CCCS provides phone counseling for the disabled population that cannot travel to an office location. For the hearing impaired, a federal phone service provider offers phone relay. An online Federal Government TTY Directory is accessible at www.federaltty.us.The FedRelay is accessible domestically (50 states as well as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and the District of Columbia) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (including federal holidays).
